Mousa Naffa is a dedicated and experienced Humanitarian Professional with more than 17 years of professional experience working in senior management and leadership positions. Before joining the Habitat for Humanity as the Manager for Jordan Country Program and MENA Region, he worked with the Center for Victims of Torture (CVT) as the Country Director, and achieved many successes in the Jordan program, including implementing the sustainability strategy of CVT Jordan and completing the most important stages in it, and building effective and important strategic partnerships with donors, local partners, and with national authorities. Prior to CVT, Mousa worked with the Syrian American Medical Society (SAMS) as the Country Director for the Regional office in Amman, Jordan, where he implemented SAMS' strategic vision to provide the best medical relief operations that can serve more people with the most responsive and highest quality programming possible and secure the necessary resources to accomplish that.
