Maysa Sabah is an Associate Director or Urban Planning for the Middle East and North Africa out of AECOM’s Dubai office. Since joining AECOM in 2019, she has been leading key mixed-use projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Prior to joining AECOM, Maysa was the Affordable Housing Institute’s (AHI) Managing Director for the Arab World, where she advised national and local governments on innovative housing and urban development programs. Her work with AHI included projects in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Lebanon, Morocco, and Algeria. Maysa has a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the American University of Beirut, a master’s degree in city planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MPhil in finance from the University of Cambridge.
