Currently Working with around 120 full time dedicated staff( female and male ) in delivering with our multisectoral actors and partners at local , national and international levels the comprehensive and sustainable development programs and strategies, aiming at building resilient communities , groups ,individuals and local CSOs to combat poverty and improve the quality of life for poor and marginalized people and achieve sustainable , equitable and inclusive development , with special focus on less empowered and vulnerable women and young girls , Children at risk, unemployed youth , small farmers ,people with disabilities and achieving who live in less impoverished and disconnected communities in rural and urban areas. Margrit as a Director for Local development , she involves heavily in various aspects of the organizational’ work and carried a leadership role in the planning, development strategies ,programs designing , team leadership, project management at the Macro level . As she is working in the development field from a long time ago , she has the non-stop passion for developing continually development strategies and approaches which enhance and make all our efforts in development are high quality , efficient and serve the main reason for our work which is that better and human life for poor people , fair opportunities for all, be creative , up to date in solving old and persistent problems specially in the area of economic development, fighting unemployment and enhancing the entrepreneurship mechanisms and enhance the traditional vocations and handcrafts , and working more on cultural heritage revitalization and social economy , capacities and capacities are built among poor and less fortunate people , women's empowerment , gender equality and equity mainstreamed , our society and communities became more accessible and inclusive for the people with disabilities .Margrit her educational background is that Bachelor of Agricultural Science. And also she has exposed to various learning and experiences in different development themes and programs at national and international levels such as; Social Research Center, American University in Cairo , Sussex University, Brighton, England , Reading University, Reading, England. Field visits on “Human Relations, Culture and Development” with ACLCA Federation in Benin, Ghana and Nigeria . As well as Foundation for the Support of Women, Ankara, Turkey. Participating with National NGO Commission for Population and Development (NCPD), Egypt in one week Symposium on “First Annual Egyptian Post-ICPD” , and also in October 2019 she attended and spoke at the world Bank Civil Society Forum in Washington D.C about the success and failures of development work with women in the Middle East and North Africa, and know Studying Master degree with Liverpool John Moores University in UK on Business Psychology .
