Lizan Kuster

As Associate Director of Entrepreneurship and Innovation for the Terwilliger Center, Lizan Kuster leads the global efforts to raise the profile of affordable housing in the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems and expanding ShelterTech. She is based out of Zurich, Switzerland. Before joining Habitat, Lizan oversaw business development, establishing partnerships in the private and public sector with Kickstart, one of the largest open innovation accelerators working to bridge the gap between later-stage tech start-ups, corporations, cities, universities and institutions. She has worked closely with members of the managing board and executive chairman of the World Economic Forum, serving as project lead responsible for development and implementation of the strategy for the global digital platform for start-ups, including UpLink. Lizan is the co-founder of Impact Hub PH Inc., building the incubation, corporate innovation and co-working business unit from the ground up in the Philippines emerging market. She has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, International Management from the University of Northwestern Switzerland.
