Annabel has two decades' experience advocating for action on climate change, the environment and human rights, both at the local and international level. In recent years she has focused on the climate and human rights impacts of real estate, architecture and construction. This has included establishing the global "Dignity in the Built Environment" program at the Institute for Human Rights and Business, and researching/writing the report "100 Union Actions on Climate Justice" for Building and Woodworkers International". She is Principal at "It's Material": providing research, strategy, and collaboration at the intersection of climate action and better outcomes for people.
