Abed Moukadem

Abed Moukadem is the Operation Manager at the Lebanese Association for Development – Al Majmoua. He has nineteen years of experience in the microfinance sector, played different roles during his career path whether in Risk Management or in Marketing, oversees several programs for VSE and Islamic Finance. In addition, Abed is an ILO and Sanabel certified trainer on different topics, Is actively engaged in training, capacity building, and technical support for workers in microfinance institutions in the region.Abed holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering and had another six years of experience in engineering, education, and Sales before engaging in the field of microfinance.عبد مقدم هو مدير العمليات في الجمعية اللبنانية للتنمية – المجموعة . لديه اكثر من تسعة عشر عاما من الخبرة في مجال التمويل الاصغر، لعب ادوار متعددة خلال مسيرته المهنية سواء في قسم ادارة المخاطر او في التسويق، مشرف على ادارة العديد من البرامج منها التمويل الاسلامي والقروض ال VSE . عبد هو مدرب معتمد من منظمة العمل الدولية وشبكة سنابل للعديد من المواضيع، ناشط في التدريب وبناء القدرات وتقديم الدعم الفني للعاملين في مؤسسات التمويل الاصغر في المنطقة.عبد حائز على شهادة في الهندسة المدنية ولديه ست سنوات خبرة اضافية قبل الدخول في مجال التمويل الاصغر وذلك في مجال الهندسة، التعليم والمبيعات.
